Paul Hartman

In his primary role as Property Manager, Paul Hartman is a highly responsive and readily accessible contact for the maintenance and repair needs of 350+ tenants. Paul always makes sure tenants’ needs are taken care of quickly and effectively, coordinating the services provided by our fully vetted, top-tier contractors. He also spends time assisting with leases, invoices, contracts, and other issues. Paul loves to make his clients happy by taking care of their needs. He has great respect for them as people, and as tenants of Michael Bloom Realty Company.

Paul spent 20 years doing the same work at a 600,000 SF facility in Highlands Ranch where he was responsive to more than 4,000 tenants. Prior to that, he enjoyed a long career with the Xerox Corporation.

Denver native Paul was educated at Fort Lewis College in Durango. In his later years, he undertook additional academic studies in Denver and Aurora. Paul is married to a Costa Rican native and enjoys many contacts in Aurora’s Latino community. The great love of his life is his 5-year-old granddaughter, who takes up most of his spare time.
